Keynote Speaker Larry Weaver is an internationally-touring motivational speaker and comedian. He delivers clean humor with a positive message through stand-up comedy, public speaking, and digital media. After majoring in accounting at the University of North Carolina, Larry left his CPA dreams behind to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. His humor has been featured on countless television, radio, and digital platforms including Comedy Central, Dry Bar Comedy, and SiriusXM. A true veteran of the stage, Larry has delivered thousands of keynotes at corporate events, conventions, annual meetings, and conferences across 45 states and world- wide. Sarah Bennett is the Program Manager at the Association for Healthcare Food- service (AHF). As a member of AHF’s staff since 2017, Sarah works with AHF’s Board of Directors, Industry Advisory Board, various committees, Chapters, and members to champion the self-operated industry. She received her B.A. in Visual Arts from Brigham Young University. Timothy Gee, CEC is the Director of Food and Nutrition at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia Irving Medical Center / Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. Timothy has had over 24 years of experience in the foodservice industry, twelve of which were in a healthcare setting. Previously, he was the Enterprise Executive Chef-Se- nior Manager of Culinary Operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, the Executive Chef at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, and Saint Peters University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Business Adminis- tration and an Associate of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America. Artemis Morris, ND, MS, L.Ac., Cert. NCCAOM is a Naturopathic Physician, Li- censed Acupuncturist, educator, researcher, author, public speaker, and the co-ac- ademic director of the Integrative Health and Healing Program at The Graduate Institute. She is the founder and medical director of Artemis Wellness Center, an integrative medical practice that specializes in women’s health and wellness using acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and a holistic approach to addressing the cause of disease. Dr. Morris offers online programs on the Mediterranean Diet, which has been an area of focus for her culturally and through ongoing research for decades.
Kameron Rowe, MS, RDN, CDN is presently an Assistant Professor and the Di- dactic Program in Dietetics Director in the Nutrition Science Department at Rus- sell Sage College. She teaches a range of courses such as Nutrition Science, Food Service Management Systems, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and Current Issues in Nutrition. Kameron also serves as a Co-Coordinator for the Mentor Program at Diversify Dietetics, a nonprofit that aims to increase racial and ethnic diversity in nutrition and dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University and obtained her Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Meredith College. Lianne Russo, MS, RDN, CDN is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist who works in the ambulatory setting. She joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 1993, where she gained extensive experience in nutrition research both within the Clin- ical Nutrition Therapy Services team as well as the Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition Service. Her particular interest lies in the nutrition care of patients with gastrointestinal diseases, quality improvement and food insecurity. Lianne is a published author in peer-reviewed journals. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. Katie Urban, MS, RD, CSO, CDN is a hybrid clinical dietitian-nutritionist who works in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. She has specialized in Oncology Nutrition for the past five years and joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2019. She is a co-lead in the Oral Nutrition Supplementation Access for patients in financial need program, and recently became a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Katie previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, and was a Chef at multiple restau- rants across New York City. She also graduated from Columbia University Teach- ers College with a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.
