Kameron Rowe, MS, RDN, CDN is presently an Assistant Professor and the Di- dactic Program in Dietetics Director in the Nutrition Science Department at Rus- sell Sage College. She teaches a range of courses such as Nutrition Science, Food Service Management Systems, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and Current Issues in Nutrition. Kameron also serves as a Co-Coordinator for the Mentor Program at Diversify Dietetics, a nonprofit that aims to increase racial and ethnic diversity in nutrition and dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University and obtained her Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Meredith College. Lianne Russo, MS, RDN, CDN is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist who works in the ambulatory setting. She joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 1993, where she gained extensive experience in nutrition research both within the Clin- ical Nutrition Therapy Services team as well as the Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition Service. Her particular interest lies in the nutrition care of patients with gastrointestinal diseases, quality improvement and food insecurity. Lianne is a published author in peer-reviewed journals. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. Katie Urban, MS, RD, CSO, CDN is a hybrid clinical dietitian-nutritionist who works in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. She has specialized in Oncology Nutrition for the past five years and joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2019. She is a co-lead in the Oral Nutrition Supplementation Access for patients in financial need program, and recently became a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Katie previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, and was a Chef at multiple restau- rants across New York City. She also graduated from Columbia University Teach- ers College with a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.
