Texas Bar & Nightclub Convention has been acquired by the Texas Restaurant Show. This merger, to be known as the Bar & Nightclub Showcase , creates a single destination to explore the future of beverage- driven business within the Texas Restaurant Show with upwards of an additional 100 booths and expands the show’s audience to more than 8,000 industry professionals. Jon Taffer Headlines the Texas Restaurant Show 2026
Television personality and hospitality expert Jon Taffer is a featured keynote and education session speaker at the Texas Restaurant Show. The event runs from July 12–13, 2026, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
