Recently, the Long Island Foodservice & Hospitality Expo provided a fantastic platform for APPLE ICE and others to express their support for the American Culinary Federation of Long Island. The expo featured an impressive ice carving demonstration, which required a substantial block of ice, and Apple Ice stepped up to the challenge.
