January Member Meeting

Our Educational Demo will be presented by Wine Udesign. Wine Udesign is the first licensed Winery ever in Nassau County. We are an interactive Winery giving our members the opportunity to make their own “homemade” wine for

personal consumption and gifting with friends and family. We get our hands in the fruit from the very beginning, age our wines in barrels and source our grapes from California, Chile, South Africa and also feature many beautiful wines that come from the most celebrated regions of Italy. We use an approach of minimal intervention when it comes to winemaking, so we use a bare minimum level of sulfites and zero chemical adjustments on our wines. Come taste the difference.
