agricultural spectrum , from farmer - to - fork . Land O ’ Lakes is based in Arden Hills , MN .
Catherine joined Land O ’ Lakes in 2011 and held progressive positions in marketing for Dairy Foods before assuming her current role in January 2023. As Vice President of Enterprise Marketing for Land O ’ Lakes , she leads all marketing and brand communications for Land O ' Lakes ’ iconic enterprise brand and the brands across all business units including Winfield , Truterra , Purina , and Dairy Foods . She is responsible for creating and implementing the vision , strategy , and purpose for the brands to deliver optimal financial and commercial performance . She has oversight of Brand and Engagement Strategy , Marketing Operations , Design Studio , plus the Brand Marketing discipline . Catherine brings over 25 years of experience in both consumer product marketing as well as business to business marketing across several companies including Honeywell , Pillsbury and General Mills . She has held a variety of leadership roles in New product innovation , Operations , Sales , Business development , Brand management , Advertising and Strategic planning . Catherine is from St . Louis , Missouri but moved to Minneapolis , Minnesota over 20 years ago where she resides with her husband , three children , two dogs and cat . When not at work , Catherine can be found on the many trails running in the spring / summer and cross country skiing in the winter .
