This month has been filled with excitement for the New York State Restaurant Association’s (NYSRA) 90th anniversary and its annual show at the Javits Center in New York City. I would like to congratulate the NYSRA on this momentous milestone and we all can’t wait to see what will come as it continues to head toward its 100th anniversary. If you attended this event, you couldn’t miss Hospitality News. Our team went from booth to booth filming video interviews and gathering all the latest information for our readers.
