Most recently, Voitek served as Vice President of Sales at Curate, a foodservice manufacturers' representative firm, where she led sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives across multiple markets. Prior to Curate, she held several leadership positions with Alto-Shaam, including Vice President of Global Sales Enablement. In her new role, Voitek will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across key account channels, including strategic dealers, chain accounts, rep groups and general market customers. She will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance and collaborating closely with Welbilt's Product Management, Marketing, Culinary, Service and Rep Partner teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Voitek brings to Welbilt more than a decade of sales leadership, channel development, sales enablement and business growth experience within the foodservice industry. She has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, fostering strategic customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
