(FWE), effective August 31, 2026. FWE, a Hatco Corporation brand since 2022, is the premier foodservice manufacturer specializing in heated holding cabinets, cook-and-hold ovens, transport carts, and more. As General Manager, Cochran will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of FWE, including operations, sales, product strategy, customer experience, and financial performance. His initial focus will be on listening and learning from employees, customers, channel partners, and the broader market.
