Yes. UBS Arena recently held a private-style food and beverage tasting showcase to introduce its new foodservice program for the 2026–27 New York Islanders season. The Food and Beverage Tasting Showcase took place September 23, 2026 at UBS Arena. Arena General Manager Michael Sciortino and Delaware North Sportservice Executive Chef Ted Donnelly presented the new menu. Islanders alumni including Johnny Boychuk, Eric Cairns, Dennis Seidenberg and Arron Asham were among those tasting the new offerings. The food program is operated by Delaware North, UBS Arena's hospitality partner. The new menu is unusually creative, including a Nerds Gummy Cluster Brie Grilled Cheese, Burrata Boat, Poke Esquites, two-foot Chicken Cutlet Strombo“LI,” Churrasco Steak Sandwich, Mister Softee Nachos, Hot Honey Pork Rinds and an Uncrustable Pulled Pork Tostada. NHL One development; Long Island is the new Coca-Cola Corner at Section 105. It will rotate local restaurants through UBS Arena. Tap Room is the first featured restaurant, serving Pastrami Sliders and Prime Rib Sliders, with Wok N' Roll scheduled as another participant.
