We’re at the final stages of preparation as we get set to pack up and ship out to Phoenix to support Spiro’s journey at becoming the USA National Chef of the Year. I will tell you firsthand his finished program will impress upon everyone including an Elite panel of judges from around the world. The final details will be revealed at the national conference on competition day. We’re anxious and excited for the country to see his amazing work. Please consider a last-minute donation to offset the cost of this meticulous journey. Spiro is at the last stage of the final chapter of his journey and can’t wait to reveal the finished product of his program!! Spiro earned his spot to represent the Northeastern Region by placing first overall at the regional qualifier. We will continue onto Nationals not only representing the Northeast region but proudly and honorably representing the ACF Long Island, NY Region of our chapter. He hopes to bring home the gold as well as the title of the American Culinary Federation National Chef of the Year. Donated funds will be used to offset the cost's to get to this event: Some of the cost's are: lodging, airfare, transportation, food supplies, equipment supplies, shipping of materials, registration, and the awards gala.
