Lady Lotte, based in Newport News Virginia, travels to the Coffee Fests, wherever they may be, no destination is too far, if she feels it will an event which showcases innovative coffee service. Lady Lotte became a coffee enthusiast as a young girl, and dedicated herself to promoting and ex- plaing coffee, as it is a more complex business that most people could imagine. Most people are under the misconception there are basically two types of coffe, caffinated and

decafinated, this is as far from the truth as one can imagine. WHAT EXACTLY IS A COFFEE BEAN? It’s a very valid question that you, as a coffee drinker, must know about. A coffee bean is a seed of the fruit in a coffee plant. The coffee fruit is known as the coffee cherry, But unlike the regu- lar cherry that we eat. Coffee cherry or the coffee fruit part is not for eating. Instead, the seed of the cherry gets taken out while the inside part gets roasted. It gets further used for making different types of coffee beans.
