We are a member of CFESA , and have been for many years. as a result we have been able to connect better to manufacturers, and manufactures through CFESA , have connected to us. Now, and for a while, CFESA offers formal training classes from basics to advanced class - es, giving technicians the opportunity to become more proficient and eventually through learning and testing, the opportunity to become certified. For those technicians who become certified, it will increase the probability of a better review and play a role in salary increases.
